Hopeful Heart Initiative

We Offer Assistance With:

 
  • Full cremation services
Including cremation fees and related provider costs
  • Burial assistance (up to $3,000)
To help cover burial plots, graveside services, and related expenses
  • Funeral home service fees
Including basic services required for burial or cremation
  • Urn assistance
To ensure families are able to receive their baby’s remains
  • Death certificates
When required to complete burial or cremation arrangements
  • Direct payment to service providers
Funds are paid directly to funeral homes or cremation providers whenever possible to reduce stress on families

How We Serve Families

Families experiencing:

  • Second-trimester pregnancy loss (14–27 weeks)

  • Third-trimester pregnancy loss (28+ weeks)

  • Stillbirth

  • Infant loss (birth–12 months)

Support is provided regardless of marital status

  • No formal financial screening is required
    (Priority is given to single-parent households, families with limited support, and those experiencing unexpected medical or financial hardship)

  • Each request is reviewed with care, dignity, and compassion

  • Assistance is dependent on available funds
