Morgan Goodwin
Morgan Goodwin is the founder and executive director of The Goodwin Family Project. Her work is rooted in lived experience, advocacy, and a deep commitment to supporting families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
After navigating her own pregnancy loss journey, Morgan felt called to transform her pain into purpose. She founded The Goodwin Family Project to provide financial assistance, education, and compassionate support to families experiencing pregnancy loss, infant loss, and stillbirth.
Founder & Executive Director
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications, equipping her to lead with clarity, integrity, and impact. She is also a published author and speaker, using storytelling and advocacy to bring awareness, hope, and tangible support to the communities she serves.
Marquise Goodwin
Marquise Goodwin serves as a board member of The Goodwin Family Project, bringing leadership, discipline, and a deep commitment to service. As a husband and a father who has personally experienced pregnancy loss and is the father of angel babies, Marquise understands firsthand the emotional impact of loss and the importance of compassionate support for grieving families.

With a background in professional athletics and community engagement, Marquise brings resilience, teamwork, and purpose-driven leadership to the organization. His lived experience, combined with his professional insight, allows him to advocate authentically for families navigating loss. His role includes supporting strategic growth, community outreach, and ensuring the foundation remains aligned with its mission, values, and commitment to honoring every family’s story.

Kenya Scott
Kenya Scott is a board member of The Goodwin Family Project and a passionate advocate for families and community well-being. Having personally experienced infant loss with her seven-month-old daughter, Kenya brings deep empathy, understanding, and lived experience to the foundation’s mission. This work is profoundly personal to her, and she is committed to ensuring families receive compassionate support during their most vulnerable moments.
Kenya plays a vital role in advising on outreach, program development, and community engagement. Her dedication to advocacy, combined with her heart for service and firsthand experience, helps strengthen the foundation’s mission and ensures its work remains rooted in compassion, dignity, and impact.
